1. Filing of Your Trademark Application

The application should be submitted to the Bureau of Trademarks, which is housed in the IPO, in either Filipino or English.

2. Examination and Trademark Search

You may do a quick trademark search on WIPO’s website to view all registered trademarks.

3. Publication of The Trademark in the Gazette

If no one objects to your trademark, the Gazette will print a Certificate of Registration.

4. Registration of your trademark

The trademark is now valid for up to ten years, with the option of renewal.
