NICE Classifications
This page details the NICE Classifications as specified by the World Intellectual Property Organization

All trademarks must designate a class (or multiple classes) to be registered in. We suggest you contact our expert staff for guidance on choosing a category.
There are a total of 45 classes, separated into two categories, with 34 for goods and 11 for services. Both goods and services can be registered for trademarks in Philippines. For your reference, below you can find the complete list of classes as designated by the WIPO.
Goods classes for registering a trademark
- Chemicals used in industry, science and photography, as well as in agriculture, horticulture and forestry; unprocessed artificial resins, unprocessed plastics; manures; fire extinguishing compositions; tempering and soldering preparations; chemical substances for preserving foodstuffs; tanning substances; adhesives used in industry.
